Construction Administrator

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join their client's team in Eastvale, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position, perfect for someone looking to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment. The role involves supporting daily office and project operations with a focus on construction documentation, office coordination, and light HR support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support project documentation, including contracts, Statements of Values (SOVs), and change orders.
  • Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain organized job and compliance files for easy access and reference.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee records management, and timekeeping processes.
  • Provide general office and operational support to facilitate efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction administration or project administration is preferred.
  • Strong office management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.
  • High School diploma required.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 1st shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
